  • All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products at any time
  • Product images are for illustration purposes; actual arrangements may vary due to seasonal availability and natural variation in flowers
  • We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or availability are error-free

3. Orders and Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
  • Payment is required at the time of order placement
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders if fraud is suspected or payment cannot be verified

4. Delivery

  • Delivery is available within our local service area as specified on our website
  • Delivery dates and time windows are estimates and not guaranteed
  • We require accurate delivery information; we are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • If the recipient is unavailable, we will follow the delivery instructions provided at checkout
  • Additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable once delivery has been attempted
  • Risk of loss passes to the recipient upon delivery

5. Substitutions

Due to the seasonal nature of flowers and availability:

  • We reserve the right to substitute flowers, containers, or accessories of equal or greater value
  • We will maintain the overall style, color scheme, and value of the arrangement
  • If you require specific flowers with no substitutions, please contact us before ordering

6. Perishable Products

  • Fresh flowers are perishable and time-sensitive
  • Care instructions will be provided with deliveries
  • We are not responsible for the longevity of flowers after proper delivery
  • Quality issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence

7. Refunds and Returns

Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for complete details. Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted, but we will address quality issues reported within 24 hours of delivery.

8. Cancellations and Changes

  • Order cancellations or changes must be requested as soon as possible
  • Orders cancelled before processing may receive a full refund
  • Orders cancelled after processing or on the delivery date may incur fees or be non-refundable
  • Same-day delivery orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed

9. Special Occasions

During peak periods (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.):

  • Delivery times may be extended to accommodate high volume
  • Substitutions are more likely due to increased demand
  • Cancellation policies may be stricter
  • Specific delivery time requests cannot be guaranteed

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Westdale Florist and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our website for any unlawful purpose

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Return and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Westdale Florist.
