SUBSCRIPTION AND PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy applies to all subscription services and recurring purchase options offered by Westdale Florist.

Subscription Services

We offer subscription programs that provide regular deliveries of fresh flowers and gifts. By subscribing, you agree to recurring charges and deliveries according to the terms of your selected subscription plan.

Subscription Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed automatically according to your selected frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc.)
  • You will be charged on the billing date specified in your subscription details
  • Subscription prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
  • We will send you a reminder before each billing cycle
  • Deliveries will be scheduled according to your subscription preferences

Prepaid Subscriptions

For prepaid subscription programs (such as our Mother's Day subscription):

  • Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase
  • Deliveries are scheduled according to the program terms
  • Prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable after the first delivery has been made
  • You may cancel before the first delivery for a full refund

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Logging into your account and managing your subscription settings
  • Contacting us directly at [your email] or [your phone number]
  • Emailing us with your order number and cancellation request

Cancellation Terms:

  • Active Subscriptions: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing/delivery date
  • Prepaid Subscriptions: Cancellations made before the first delivery will receive a full refund; after the first delivery, remaining deliveries will be fulfilled but no refund will be provided
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You will receive confirmation of your cancellation via email
  • No refunds for partial billing periods

Pausing Your Subscription

You may pause your subscription for:

  • Vacations or extended absences
  • Seasonal preferences
  • Other temporary needs

To pause your subscription:

  • Contact us at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery
  • Specify the pause duration
  • Your subscription will resume automatically on the date you specify

Skipping a Delivery

You may skip individual deliveries by contacting us at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Your subscription will continue with the next scheduled delivery.

Modifications

You may modify your subscription (change frequency, delivery address, product selection) by:

  • Logging into your account
  • Contacting us at least 48 hours before your next delivery

Changes cannot be guaranteed if requested less than 48 hours before a scheduled delivery.

Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails:

  • We will attempt to process payment up to 3 times
  • You will be notified of the failed payment
  • Your subscription may be paused or cancelled if payment cannot be processed
  • Delivery will not occur until payment is successful

Refunds

  • Active subscriptions: No refunds for past deliveries or partial billing periods
  • Prepaid subscriptions: Refunds only available before the first delivery
  • Quality issues: Covered under our standard Return and Refund Policy (report within 24 hours with photos)

Delivery Issues

Subscription deliveries are subject to our standard Shipping Policy. If you experience delivery issues:

  • Contact us within 24 hours
  • We will work to resolve the issue or provide a credit toward your next delivery
  • Delivery issues do not automatically cancel your subscription

Gift Subscriptions

  • Gift subscriptions are prepaid and non-refundable
  • Recipients may modify delivery preferences but cannot cancel or receive refunds
  • Gift givers may cancel before the first delivery for a full refund

Auto-Renewal

Some subscription programs may auto-renew at the end of the subscription term. You will be notified at least 30 days before auto-renewal and may opt out before the renewal date.
