Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the freshness and quality of all our floral arrangements. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to make it right through a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refund Eligibility

We will provide a refund or replacement in the following situations:

Flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or not fresh
Wrong product or arrangement delivered
Missing items from your order
Delivery failure due to our error

Non-Refundable Situations

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we cannot offer refunds for:

Change of mind after successful delivery
Recipient refusal or unavailability (unless delivery was rescheduled)
Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by customer
Natural variation in flower size, color, or bloom stage
Approved substitutions made due to seasonal availability

Substitution Policy

We reserve the right to substitute flowers or containers of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery and quality. If you require specific flowers with no substitutions, please contact us before ordering.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Delivery Issues

If no one is available to receive the delivery, we will follow the delivery instructions provided at checkout. Additional delivery attempts may incur extra fees.
