At Westdale Florist, your satisfaction is our priority. Because flowers and floral arrangements are perishable products, our return policy reflects the unique nature of what we sell.
Reporting an Issue
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the arrangement. We will work with you to make it right — either with a replacement or a refund.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee or may not be eligible for a refund, as preparation will have already begun.

- Delivery fees
- Custom or bespoke arrangements that have already been prepared
- Orders where the issue was not reported within 24 hours of delivery
Subscription Orders
For subscription orders, please contact us at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery to make changes or cancellations.
